Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Medicaid provider management. You will assist with assignment, reporting, and project work, coordinating across Network Operations-Intake, and guiding work assignments with the manager to meet production and turnaround targets.

Required: Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in a related field, QNXT experience, advanced Excel, strong communication, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong coordination and note-taking abilities.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with focus on assignment, reporting and project management.
• Coordinate and collaborate across Network Operations-Intake and triage.
• Lead for work assignments and monitor department production and turnaround times.
