Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Medicaid Provider Management coordinator to support assignment, reporting and project work within Network Operations-Intake. This full-time role focuses on coordinating work, data assignments and timely production with the manager to improve turnaround times.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with Provider Data Services systems (QNXT preferred), advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• QNXT Experience required and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint abilities.
• 3+ years of experience with provider data and end-user applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with assignment, reporting and projects.
• Coordinate work across Network Operations-Intake and triage.
• Handle provider data assignments and claim pend tasks.
• Lead work assignments and partner with manager on production turnaround.
