Job summary

The role requires QNXT experience, 3+ years in provider data services, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with a 40-hour work week and full-time status.

Qualifications

• QNXT Experience Required.
• 3 Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to shared with in across analyst.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assignment and triage across Network Operations-Intake.
• Manage provider data assignments and reporting.
• Lead work assignments and coordinate with manager on production turnaround times.
• Take detailed notes and share across analysts.
