Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• QNXT experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share with analysts.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with assignment, reporting, project management, and non production activities.
• Coordinate work for Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, claim pend assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and collaborate with manager on department production and turnaround times.
