Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a qualified candidate to support Medicaid provider management with a focus on assignment, reporting, and project coordination. You will coordinate Network Operations-Intake activities, provider data assignments, and claims pend processes while leading tasks and aligning with the manager on throughput and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to lead collaboration sessions.

Qualifications

• QNXT experience required.
• 3 years of experience with Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to shared with in across analyst.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate on Network Operations-Intake, triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Lead work assignments and work closely with manager on department production and turnaround times.
