CVS Health is seeking a Medicaid provider data coordination specialist to support the provider management team. The role emphasizes assignment coordination, reporting, project management, and cross-team collaboration.

You will lead work assignments, coordinate with the manager on production targets, and ensure timely turnaround times within Network Operations-Intake and related data services. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Formación

• QNXT experience required.
• 3+ years of experience with provider data services systems and end-user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share across analysts.
• General understanding of PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and collaborate across Network Operations-Intake, triage, provider data assignments and claim pend assignments.
• Lead work assignments and work closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
