The role requires 3+ years of experience with provider data systems, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

• 3 years of experience with Provider Data Services systems and other end-user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share with analysts across the team.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Support multiple parts of the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• Coordinate intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments across stakeholders.
• Lead for work assignments and collaborate with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
