You will coordinate and collaborate across Network Operations- Intake, manage provider data assignments, and monitor claim pend workflows. You may lead work assignments and partner with the manager to improve production and turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience.
• QNXT experience in provider data management and related systems.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaborative sessions and take detailed notes.

Responsibilities

• This position will support the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• This role will focus on coordination and collaboration across Network Operations-Intake, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and work closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
