Qualifications

• QNXT experience required.
• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share with analysts across teams.
• General understanding of PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support several parts of the Medicaid provider management team focusing on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• Coordinate and collaborate across tasks for Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Lead work assignments and collaborate with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
