Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Provider Data Services systems (QNXT) and related tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to present data clearly in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with assignments, reporting, and project management.
• Coordinate and collaborate across Network Operations-Intake and triage; manage provider data and claim pend assignments.
• Lead work assignments and partner with the manager on production and turnaround times.
