Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Medicaid Provider Management Coordinator to support assignment, reporting, project management and non-production tasks. The role collaborates with Network Operations-Intake and triage teams to ensure timely provider data assignments and accurate pendings.

You will lead work assignments, coordinate with the manager on production timelines, and participate in cross-functional sessions.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and strong Excel skills.
• QNXT experience is required.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions and take detailed notes for sharing across analysts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Experience with PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities within the Medicaid provider management team.
• Coordinate work across Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and collaborate with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
