The incumbent will lead work assignments and work closely with the manager to monitor department production and turnaround times, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• QNXT experience required.
• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share with analysts across teams.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with focus on assignment, reporting, project management and non-production activities.
• Coordinate and collaborate across Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and collaborate with manager on department production and turnaround times.
