Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of QNXT experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions and take detailed notes for distribution across analysts.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management with focus on assignment, reporting, and project management.
• Coordinate work across Network Operations-Intake, triage, and provider data assignments; oversee pend claims.
• Lead for work assignments and collaborate with the manager on production and turn‑around times.
