Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Medicaid provider management with emphasis on assignment, reporting, and project coordination. You will work within Network Operations-Intake and handle provider data assignments while coordinating collaboration sessions and ensuring timely production and turnaround of tasks.

The ideal candidate has QNXT experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across analysts.

Qualifications

• QNXT experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to support reporting and presentations.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions and take detailed notes to share across analysts.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management work streams including assignment, reporting, and project coordination.
• Coordinate intake and triage work within Network Operations-Intake and provider data assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and collaborate with the manager to manage department production and turnaround times.
