Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Provider Data Services systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions and take detailed notes.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint for presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and triage work for Network Operations.
• Assign provider data tasks and monitor pend cases.
• Lead work assignments and report progress to manager.
