• Support the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• Coordinate collaboration and work for Network Operations-Intake, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments; act as lead for work assignments and coordinate with the manager on production and turnaround times.
