Responsibilities

• Support the Medicaid provider management team with focus on assignment, reporting, project management and non production activities.
• Coordinate and collaborate across Network Operations-Intake, triage, provider data assignments and claim pend assignments.
• Lead work assignments and partner with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
