Amberwood Post Acute is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager with Medicaid Pending expertise to oversee billing, collections, and AR management in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time role requires a strong background in Medicaid Pending processes and fron-t end payer relations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience in skilled nursing accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicaid Pending in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing billing and payment required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred; however, a combination of education, experience and training in skilled nursing accounting will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mange the proper billing, collections and management of the accounts receivable functions of the facility
