Qualifications

• Medicaid Pending experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing billing and payment processes.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education, experience and training in SNF accounting will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the proper billing, collections and AR for the facility.
• Ensure Medicaid Pending workflows are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with facility staff to maintain clean claims and cash flow.
