Job summary

MB2 Dental Solutions in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Medicaid Payer Enrollment Specialist. You will prepare and submit enrollment and reenrollment applications to commercial and government payers, monitor portals, and resolve issues to keep provider enrollment current.

Collaborate with Credentialing and Revenue Cycle teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with payer regulations while supporting uninterrupted claims payments for MB2 practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years payer enrollment experience.
• Proficient with credentialing software and payer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit enrollment and re-enrollment applications to commercial and government payers.
• Monitor payer portals and correspondence to track application status and follow up with payers on pending requests.
• Identify issues that require escalation and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain provider records in the credentialing platform to ensure data integrity and timely claims processing.
• Collaborate with Credentialing and Liaison Teams to gather provider documentation for enrollment.
• Communicate status and next steps to stakeholders and explain potential impacts on claims processing.
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations, contract terms, and policies.
• Assist revenue cycle and claims teams to troubleshoot enrollment-related payment issues.
