Job summary

This in-office role requires collecting documentation, evaluating information, and ensuring timely, accurate determinations with proper documentation.

You will follow Medicaid rules, maintain professional communication, and participate in required trainings and meetings. Bachelor's degree substitution for experience is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree may substitute experience.
• Experience with Medicaid processing or public assistance is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Determine/re-determine Medicaid eligibility per policies and procedures.
• Collect and evaluate documentation from applicants and third parties.
• Maintain clear, complete notes and documentation in the system.
• Attend mandatory meetings and comply with agency policies and training.
