You will follow policies, prepare documentation, and communicate with applicants clearly while maintaining privacy and complying with state rules.

This in-office role requires a high school diploma, relevant experience, and the ability to learn federal rules and standards for processing

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma and experience in customer services, social services, human services, and/or Medicaid processing.
• A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

• Collect, assemble, evaluate, and act upon information to determine eligibility and changes in circumstance.
• Ensure accurate eligibility determinations with clear documentation and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain professional communication and adhere to privacy laws and agency policies.
• Attend mandatory meetings, trainings, and events and comply with agency policies.
