Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and experience in customer or social services and Medicaid processing.
• Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine/re-determine Medicaid eligibility per policies and procedures.
• Collect and evaluate documents to determine eligibility for individuals and families.
• Complete eligibility determinations, reviews, and changes accurately and timely.
• Document all notes clearly for review and hand-off to colleagues.
• Maintain professional communication and comply with privacy and security policies.
