• Maintains accurate documentation and escalation as needed in the records.
• Communicates clearly with applicants, co-workers, and beneficiaries in a professional manner.
• Participates in mandatory meetings, trainings, and agency events.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisory staff and agency leadership.
