Job summary

Diversus Health is seeking an Eligibility and Navigator Specialist to support Health First Colorado eligibility and Same Day Access services. This in-person, full-time role emphasizes accurate documentation, scheduling, and client advocacy across SDA sites.

The candidate should have strong customer service experience, excellent data entry and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills (25+ wpm).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with electronic health records a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Release of Information process preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Diversus Health clients with SDA access and scheduling.
• Coordinate with SDA staff to route clients to appropriate staff.
• Troubleshoot telehealth connectivity and meeting links.
• Maintain data and generate reports for leadership.
• Attend regular meetings and train new team members.
