Job summary

Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Medicaid Specialist to support Medicaid redetermination and eligibility processes within our Contact Center. You will place outgoing calls, assist patients with applications, and navigate low-income resources to improve access to care.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong customer service skills, and multilingual abilities (Spanish/Polish/Russian or similar). Full-time, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in related roles.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian or other languages spoken by communities served.

Responsibilities

• Place outgoing and receive incoming calls or referrals to assist patients in Medicaid redetermination and eligibility applications.
• Attend Medicaid redetermination events in person when applicable.
• Assist patients in navigating low-income resources and Medicaid processes.
• Serve as internal resource for teams on Medicaid questions and guidance.
