Collabera Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX for a 12-month contract.

The role focuses on assisting Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility and claims inquiries, handling phone inquiries promptly and courteously, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions. The position requires availability for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with schedule change requests not accommodated in the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Assist Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related inquiries.
• Respond to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in online logs.
• Transfer callers to other Call Center units as needed.
• Meet individual performance and productivity standards.
• Maintain required attendance and performance metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days.
