Location:Hybrid – New York City area

Salary Range:$75,000–$95,000 DOE

A growing full-service media agency is seeking aMedia Supervisorto lead integrated media planning and buying efforts across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution experience who thrives in a data-driven, client-facing environment. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping campaign strategy, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior talent across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute scalable, data-driven media plans aligned with client objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance using both raw and refined datasets; deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Oversee media planning from RFP through final execution, including negotiations, buys, and reporting
  • Collaborate across teams (search, social, traditional, analytics) to optimize full-funnel performance
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and media strategy
  • Foster strong relationships with media vendors, tech partners, and client teams
  • Handle financial oversight including billing, pacing, and campaign actualization

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of media planning/buying experience (digital and traditional strongly preferred)
  • 2+ years managing teams and client communications in an agency setting
  • Hands-on experience across key digital platforms: Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Display, Video, and more
  • Strong reporting skills; comfort with GA4, Campaign Manager, Looker/Data Studio
  • Experience working in performance-driven environments (e.g., DTC, financial services)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; can work autonomously and manage ambiguity
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
