Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and drive the 90-day and quarterly plans with clear, data-driven storytelling in client discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
