Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will direct targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative on performance. You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with focus on ROAS improvements, CPA controls and pipeline growth for multiple clients in a remote setup working with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Lead 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate the numbers in calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
