Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You drive targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the client narrative as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, allocate budgets, test creatives, and ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels. Clear English on live calls with US clients is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
