Responsibilities

• Assist development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations.
• Create marketing materials for the sales team.
• Prepare proposals based on account executive requests.
• Coordinate with sales, production, finance and external clients on campaigns.
• Enter and maintain all orders including WideOrbit/WOCentral entries.
• Manage the sales database.
