Job summary

WGAL, the Hearst-owned NBC affiliate serving the Harrisburg-Lancaster-York market, is hiring a Media Sales Account Executive to sell advertising solutions to local businesses across linear, multicast, and digital platforms.

You will prospect new clients, tailor campaigns, and manage multi-platform campaigns with a strong focus on results and relationships. A background in media sales and a passion for growth will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Some professional sales experience is preferred.
• Related military experience is considered.

Responsibilities

• Grow Revenue across linear, multicast, and digital platforms through prospecting, selling, negotiating, and follow-through.
• Execute and Optimize campaigns including creative messaging, order accuracy, performance accountability, and optimization.
• Cultivate integrity-based, lasting client relationships that strengthen station partnerships.
• Develop new business through continual prospecting, meetings with new clients, and compelling sales presentations.
• Stay ahead of the curve by learning sales processes, product offerings, competitive landscape, and best practices.
