Qualifications

• Outside sales experience or proven success in prospecting and closing business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client meetings
• Ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management capabilities
• Knowledge of multimedia advertising products and services is a plus
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and high energy
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing concepts

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and translate goals into tailored marketing solutions
• Deliver integrated sales presentations featuring broadcast, digital, and event tactics
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Maintain knowledge of Cumulus assets and industry opportunities
• Represent full product suite to new and existing clients, including digital and events
• Manage time to optimize revenue opportunities and fulfill sales agreements
• Produce regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with team to create compelling messaging for clients
