Job summary

WFIE-TV/Gray Media seeks a high-level media sales consultant to drive revenue across the 14News and Gray Digital Media platforms.

You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted relationships with executives, design compelling marketing presentations, and forecast pipelines to meet revenue goals. This role emphasizes consultative selling and strategic problem solving across local, regional, and national accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2C or B2B outside consultative sales (media ad sales experience preferred).
• Proven revenue pipeline development and prospecting skills.
• Comfortable selling to executives (CMO, CSO, Sales Ops, Marketing VP/Managers).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and meet revenue/budget goals.
• Research opportunities and maintain an active revenue pipeline.
• Provide marketing insights and consultancy to build relationships.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and forecast monthly.
• Design, write, and present marketing presentations.
• Manage your book of business using CRM and client tools.
• Collaborate with all 14News departments to support sales efforts.
