WGAL, the Hearst-owned NBC affiliate serving the Harrisburg-Lancaster-Lebanon-York market, is seeking a Media Sales Account Executive to sell advertising solutions to agencies and local businesses and to build new partnerships.

You will develop customized marketing plans, manage multi-platform campaigns, and leverage Hearst's resources to drive revenue while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in media sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow Revenue: Maximize station revenue and achieve sales goals across linear, multicast, and digital platforms.
• Execute and Optimize: Manage the execution of multi-platform campaigns including creative messaging, order accuracy, accountability for performance.
• Cultivate Connections: Build integrity-based and lasting client relationships that strengthen station partnerships.
• Develop New Business: Prospect, meet with new clients, and deliver sales presentations that result in sales.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn sales processes, product offerings, competitive landscape and best practices.
