A leading marketing agency in Arkansas seeks a marketing professional skilled in traditional media buying. The role involves planning and executing media strategies across various channels, ensuring effective campaign performance and financial reconciliation. Ideal candidates have strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with a preference for those experienced in digital marketing as well.
Who You Are
You’re a marketing professional with experience researching, planning, negotiating, and buying traditional media, as well as measuring campaign results. You enjoy engaging with people, negotiating media deals to secure the best value, and working with marketing professionals to develop holistic strategies that include paid digital media, public relations, social media, SEO, creative, and websites. You can develop media strategies focused on traditional media tactics and measure campaign effectiveness to provide performance insights. Additionally, you have an understanding of digital marketing and programmatic media buying.
This is a hybrid position, working weekly in our Little Rock office and remotely.
Who We’re Looking For - Requirements/Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
As a traditional media expert within an omnichannel marketing team, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing media strategies for designated clients. Tactics may include TV, CTV, Radio, Online Radio, OOH, Print, and online media placements (e.g., display, preroll). You’ll also report on media performance, recommend optimizations, and reconcile financials monthly, working under the supervision of the Media Director.
