Job summary
Razorfish in Seattle seeks a Director, Media Operations to build and lead a high-impact media operations function within Publicis Power of One. You will own budgeting, billing, forecasting and reconciliation, design processes, implement automation and AI tools, and lead a small team of two Supervisors to drive operational excellence.
You'll partner with Strategy, Activation, and Finance to deliver client results, scale workflows, and ensure data integrity across MediaOcean/Prisma and client
Qualifications
- 7+ years in media operations or equivalent
- Experience building operations from ground up on a new or immature account
- Strong billing, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation experience
- Comfortable leading and developing teams to achieve client objectives
Responsibilities
- Build media operations processes and playbooks from the ground up
- Lead automation of manual workflows using AI tools where possible
- Oversee end-to-end budget management, billing, and financial compliance
- Partner with Strategy, Activation, and Finance to manage forecasting and client reporting
- Lead and develop a team of two Supervisors to high performance
