The Moran Group, a leading Louisiana full-service advertising agency, is seeking a Media Specialist to support planning, execution, and reconciliation across traditional and digital media. This in-office role on our Baton Rouge team emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration within a fast-paced agency environment.

You will work closely with Media Buyers to manage budgets, invoices, and schedules, ensuring precise media reporting and timely reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional office experience in administrative, accounting, billing, bookkeeping, media, or similar detail-oriented role
• Strong data entry skills with high speed and accuracy
• Comfortable with invoices, numbers, spreadsheets, budgets, and financial information
• Ability to match invoices against orders and resolve discrepancies
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn specialized software
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to catch errors

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with media vendors
• Update and manage client media budgets with accuracy
• Support campaigns across video, audio, print, and outdoor media
• Monitor media schedules daily for changes and revisions
• Reconcile traditional media invoices and document properly
• Track details across multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Stay informed on media trends and best practices
