Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group in Providence, RI is seeking an experienced Senior Content Creator to lead end-to-end production across markets. You will write, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver high-impact content for commercial, branded, digital, and multi-platform campaigns.

The role requires strong production judgment, advanced hands-on skills, and the ability to guide teammates while staying connected to the work.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in commercial production, broadcast television, or related field
Ability to independently lead polished content from concept through delivery
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition is a plus
Familiarity with digital video, social media content, OTT/CTV advertising, and multi-platform campaigns
Strong writing, producing, shooting, editing, storytelling, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Create and lead commercial, branded, digital, promotional, and multi-platform content for assigned markets.
Own high-profile, complex projects from concept through final delivery across scripts, production, editing, and exports.
Develop clear, compelling creative aligned with audience and brand.
Maintain high standards for storytelling, visual quality, pacing, sound, and production value.
Provide creative leadership and mentoring to Content Creators and support teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Brand, Digital, Project Managers, and market leadership to align goals and expectations.
Use project management tools to track status and ensure timely delivery.
