Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial production or related field.
• Ability to independently produce polished content from concept through delivery.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; Premiere Pro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver commercial spots, branded content, digital campaigns, and other client deliverables.
• Develop creative that is clear, compelling, strategically aligned for audience, platform, client, and market need.
• Support projects from concept through final delivery, including scripting, pre-production, field production, editing, graphics, audio, revisions, approvals, and exports.
• Maintain high standards for storytelling, visual quality, brand consistency, pacing, sound, graphics, and overall production value.
