HP, Inc. is seeking a Media & Materials Partner Manager for the Labels & Packaging segment.

This business-focused, market-facing leadership role drives partner ecosystem strategy, market development, and revenue growth by aligning substrate, coating, and material suppliers with HP Indigo technology and customer needs. You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Product, Sales, Marketing, Service and Sustainability to qualify and commercialize partner media and materials, manage risk, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business, Materials Science, Packaging, or related field.
10+ years of experience in materials, packaging, partner ecosystems, or related B2B environments.
Experience working with external partners or technology ecosystems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the HP Indigo Media & Materials partner strategy for the Labels & Packaging segment.
Own and manage the partner collaboration framework aligned with HP Indigo tech and customer needs.
Manage strategic partners including substrates, coatings, and royalty-based agreements.
Integrate partners into cross-functional initiatives with R&D, Product, Sales, Marketing, Service, and Sustainability.
Identify material-related risks and enable scalable application growth.
Support qualification, commercialization, and market adoption of partner media and material solutions.
Train and enable teams with pre-sale and post-sale partner support.
Ensure regional go-to-market activities integrate partners into demos and evaluations.
Build trusted long-term partnerships based on integrity and mutual trust.
