Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing product portfolios and lifecycle strategies in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide business performance for assigned products throughout lifecycle.
• Develop lifecycle strategies for introductions, upgrades, transitions, and end-of-life planning.
• Monitor product health, profitability, and customer adoption; identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive actions to improve profitability, customer value, and competitive position.
• Lead portfolio reviews with regional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
