Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with media production tools and studio systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define policies and workflows for public service in the Robertson Media Center.
• Connect RMC services to other Library departments and ensure referrals.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise student employees.
• Provide instruction and consult on hardware/software and maintain documentation.
