Job summary

The position leads a team of seven full-time staff and up to 60 student assistants, overseeing training, scheduling, and service delivery, including Zoom and Panopto support, while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and evaluate technology and support services to enhance teaching and learning.
• Manage intake to billing in support of teaching and learning and advise on equipment setups.
• Provide training and direct support for faculty, staff, and students.
• Oversee campus-wide systems and facilities for learning spaces and events.
• Coordinate media production services and ensure quality instructional resources.
• Train and supervise student staff and ensure timely billing and service delivery.
