Job summary

AMS is seeking a Media Assistant to support the Media team across TV, OTT, radio, and display campaigns. You will coordinate campaigns from initial requests through post-analysis, liaising with Buyers and Account Management to ensure smooth execution.

This entry-level role emphasizes organization, speed, and effective communication, with opportunities to grow within AMS’s global media solutions network and brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Media or similar focus preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as campaign liaison to media vendor representatives and assist media buying team.
• Send broadcast orders and revisions; respond to station/network vendors’ needs promptly.
• Request logs and pacing reports; manage pre/post log entry and budget tracking.
• Timely handle traffic requests and invoices discrepancies with accounting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors.
• Assist with client reporting and multi-campaign coordination.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and handle ad hoc projects.
