Allied Global Marketing is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the Client Solutions and Media teams in managing ad campaigns across TV, print, OOH, and radio. The role emphasizes organization, collaboration, and attention to detail in a fast-paced agency setting.

You will assist with traffic management, client coordination, and promotional partnerships while supporting senior team members and ensuring accurate campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office in a Mac environment.

Responsibilities

• Traffic ad plans and insertion orders across TV, print, OOH, and radio.
• Coordinate localization of ads and promotions; track results for client reporting.
• Support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
• Assist in coordination of promotional partnerships and events.
