Springfield Rocks Media Group, a subsidiary of Saga Communications, is seeking a Full-Time Media Advisor to join our sales team in Longmeadow, MA. You will develop new business and manage client relationships while selling integrated advertising across radio and digital platforms.

You will prospect, consult, and close deals, adhering to policies and laws. If you learn quickly and communicate clearly, you’ll thrive and grow in a supportive environment with strong leadership and creative support.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising, sales or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business within assigned territory.
• Conduct client needs assessments and develop customized marketing strategies.
• Present and sell integrated radio and digital advertising solutions.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
