Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Administrative Assistant, Media to support the EVP, Media for Focus Features and help coordinate all aspects of a media campaign across digital and broadcast channels. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with media planning, pack management, traffic coordination with creative teams, and financial processes such as billing and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing, business, finance, or communications or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with syndicated media research tools and media planning or reporting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist media team with media buying and planning across broadcast, digital, print, out of home, radio, and awards.
• Maintain media plan packets with budgets, calendars and flow charts.
• Coordinate deliverables and assets with media partners and support review workflows.
• Collaborate with creative team to ensure media plans are executed on schedule.
• Process work orders, coordinate with vendors and internal finance on billing and expenses.
