• Use internal tools to review and send orders to vendors and support maintenance of tracking client spends.
• Input and steward media schedule data into Prisma & MBOX.
• Prepare and distribute monthly capital billing reports based on digital media buys/orders.
• Perform monthly invoice matching within Prisma.
• Collaborate with Shared Services and Financial Operations to reconcile billing discrepancies.
• Participate with Operations to streamline and automate processes across the business.
• Establish a positive working relationship with Orion staff.
• Assist with ad hoc operations requests.
